Fees include daily refreshments and lunch at public venues only.

A surcharge will apply for special dietary requirements. (Vegetarian lunch options at no additional charge.)

HS Smit and Associates (Pty) Ltd are NOT responsible for delegate airfares, accommodation, or travel expenses.

Full payment is required not later than 7 days before the event to secure the booking.

No delegate will be admitted, nor will venue or event details be communicated unless full payment has been received.

Bookings 24 hours prior to the workshop will not be considered.

Delegate substitutions are acceptable at no additional charge.

Cancellations 24 hours before the workshop / event will incur a 50% penalty fee.

HS Smit and Associates (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to postpone, alter or modify the workshop and/or course material without prior notice.
